We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Due to hazardous material shipping regulations set by UPS and FedEx, acid test solutions and other chemical-based products are not eligible for return. These items require special hazmat certifications, packaging materials, and handling procedures, making return shipments unsafe and non-compliant.
  • Please ensure you are ordering the correct testing solution before purchase. If you have any concerns about product quality, reach out to us, and we will work with you to find a resolution.

Eligible Returns:

  • Non-chemical products may be returned within [30] days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • If an exchange is requested, we will send a replacement once the returned item has been processed.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Restocking Fee: Please note a 20% restocking fee will be assessed for returned items.
